Skills of Hope Program
Our flagship access initiative designed to remove financial barriers that prevent vulnerable youth from joining college. We provide full and partial scholarships to deserving young people, recognizing that poverty remains a major obstacle to education and skills development for millions of youth in Kenya.

SkillHer Program
Specially designed to empower women and girls who face unique social and cultural challenges. We recognize barriers such as early marriage, female genital mutilation (FGM), teen pregnancy, and restrictive cultural practices that often limit their transition to tertiary education.

- Vocational skills training tailored for women
- Life skills mentorship and counseling
- Sanitary towels and personal hygiene support
- Childcare assistance for young mothers
- Business start-up kits for graduates

Haircut of Dignity Program
A community outreach program that provides free hair and beauty services to vulnerable populations including street-connected youth, elderly, and people with disabilities. This initiative restores dignity through grooming while offering practical experience for our trainees.

Food4Skills Program
Our program that links training with sustainability and impact. Through this initiative, we prepare and sell a wide range of food products, including chapati, chips, chicken, samosas, pizza, and ndazi. The income generated is reinvested directly into our training programs.

AnzishaBiz Program
AnzishaBiz Program is a practical entrepreneurship training program designed to equip youth and women with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to start and grow successful businesses. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and business development support, participants learn how to identify opportunities, develop business ideas, manage finances, market their products and services, and build sustainable enterprises that create income and employment.

Ajira Konnect Program
Ensures that our beneficiaries do not end their journey at training. Our approach is hands-on, digital-first, and focused on real-world application.
