Skills of Hope Program
Our flagship access initiative designed to remove financial barriers that prevent vulnerable youth from joining college. We provide full and partial scholarships to deserving young people, recognizing that poverty remains a major obstacle to education and skills development for millions of youth in Kenya.

Skill Her Program
Specially designed to empower women and girls who face unique social and cultural challenges. We recognize barriers such as early marriage, female genital mutilation (FGM), teen pregnancy, and restrictive cultural practices that often limit their transition to tertiary education.

- Vocational skills training tailored for women
- Life skills mentorship and counseling

Haircut 4 Skills Program
A social enterprise that combines professional hair and beauty services with skills training funding. Our fully-equipped salon provides quality services to the community while serving as a practical training ground for our hair and beauty students.

Haircut of Dignity Program
A community outreach program that provides free hair and beauty services to vulnerable populations including street-connected youth, elderly, and people with disabilities. This initiative restores dignity through grooming while offering practical experience for our trainees.

Food 4 Skills Program

Baking 4 Skills Program
A social enterprise powered by our School of Baking and Pastry. Through this initiative, we produce a wide range of quality bakery products, including bread, star cakes, event cakes, cookies, cupcakes, muffins, and buns. The proceeds generated are used to sponsor the training of more vulnerable youth.

Ajira Konnect Program
Ensures that our beneficiaries do not end their journey at training. We go beyond skills development by intentionally linking graduates to internship opportunities, job placements, and ongoing mentorship. Where possible, we also connect them with funders and partners who can provide seed capital to support business start-ups.

Youth Conversation Program
